Young adult females and young males are hand-picked and held in a dated container together until shipped; this date can be provided. These breeding age females have not given birth the first time and may be pregnant at time of shipping. Births are typically 60 days or less from ship date, depending on enclosure habitat at destination and sort date. [Any litters born during my summer break, June-September, will be included in your fall order free, while this stock is available.]
Adult Breeder Groups, 1A-1F, includes USPS Priority Mail shipping and free like age males at 5:1 ratio. Orders above $100 are insured for value.

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE [For all species] - Shipped by USPS Priority Mail - Please read the advisory below before placing your order. By your payment, you agree to abide by the Arrive Alive Guarantee:
1. Ask for Hold for Pickup at ordering. Residential or work place delivery is at your own risk. Call your post office to inform them you are expecting a live insect package you will pick up at the post office. Home delivery, if requested, voids this guarantee.
2. It is your responsibility to track the shipment once the tracking number has been given to you. Orders left at the post office more than 12 hours voids this guarantee.
3. Adhere to weather-related shipping recommendations. Hold for Pickup on all species over 85F. Heat pack below 32F for mealworms, 40F for roaches and 45F superworms. I reserve the right to hold or delay shipments based on temperature, heat index or to require a heat pack or cold pack based on transit and delivery conditions.
4. Unpack your order immediately upon delivery and contact me immediately if there is a problem. Video unpacking is highly recommended! Most claim issues can be satisfied by good communication. Photos are required for DOA or severely injured insects; keep the box and packing materials until notified to dispose of them. A claims process through the postal service or other carrier will require documentation, affidavit of your loss, and patience.
5. Refund will be by store credit for stock replacement. Limited to one claim per original order.
Chick-a-Doodles is a home-based, hobby farm not a bulk seller or re-seller; all stock is my own. Low overhead savings is passed to the customer.
